How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days in the continental US; express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 38 countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customs fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
What’s your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened food/treats can be returned within 14 days if more than 50% remains. Start a return from your account page.
My pet didn’t like the food — what now?
We get it — pets have opinions. Our Empty Bowl Guarantee means you can return any food/treat within 30 days for a full refund, even if opened. No restocking fee.
How do I pick the right food for my pet?

Every food and supplement we carry is reviewed by our consulting vet, Dr. Sarah Chen, DVM. We don’t sell anything we wouldn’t feed our own pets.
