Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened food and treats fall under our Empty Bowl Guarantee below.

Your pet didn’t like the food? No problem. Return any food or treat within 30 days — even if opened — for a full refund. No restocking fee. Because pets have opinions, and we respect that.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Grooming tools and clippers (once opened)
- Litter boxes and waste systems (once used)
- Gift cards and subscription credits
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within one billing cycle. Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items; otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
