Shipping Methods & Times
We offer Standard and Express shipping across the continental US. Orders placed before 2 PM PT on business days ship the same day.
- Standard — 3–5 business days, free on orders over $49
- Express — 1–2 business days, $9.99 flat rate
- PO Box / APO — Standard only, 5–8 business days
International Shipping
We ship to 38 countries. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing may take up to 2 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method:
- Orders over $49 — Free Standard Shipping
- Orders under $49 — $5.99 Standard / $9.99 Express
- Heavy/bulky items — additional surcharge shown at checkout
